Cancellation Policy

At Legendary Presence Cleaning Service, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that circumstances may arise where a return or exchange is necessary. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully to understand the guidelines and process. Please note that if service is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, OR we are unable to access the home/business upon arrival, OR we are turned away at the door, a cancellation/lockout fee equal to half the service price will be charged to the credit card on file. Customers have 48 Hours from the Date of Booking Service to request a cancellation for a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Alternatively, service credit may be offered as an option. Non-Refundable Items: Our services or products are non-refundable and cannot be refunded. However, we are focused on customer satisfaction and will make every effort to correct all concerns within 24 Hours from the time services were rendered. Correction of Service: To initiate a Correction of Service, please follow these steps: Contact our customer support team at 601-665-7304 within 24 hours of service. Provide your name, date of service and a detailed explanation of the of your concern, and any relevant supporting information or images. Our customer support team will guide you through the correction process, and address any additional requirements.
